Kulyk M. Along the Paths of Youth and Combat (1944–1950). – Lviv: Litopys UPA Publishing House, 2025. – 160 pp., ill. (Litopys UPA. «Events and People» Series. Book 43). The memoirs of Mykola Kulyk (nom-de-guerre «Doroshenko») were drawn up from interviews undertaken by the Security Service of the Foreign Units of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN). These memoirs were written down by «Doroshenko» himself, following his retreat to West Germany in 1950-51. In his writings, «Doroshenko» recounts his experiences and events in the Lubaczow and Koszalin Regions, which he personally participated in, or witnessed. In addition, Mykola Kulyk describes the military raid of the Polish People’s Republic (PRL) and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic (ČSSR) to the West, from August 27th to September 27th, 1950. This book is illustrated with relevant thematic photographs and documents.
