This publication is a continuation of vols. 9 and 15 of the New Series of the UPA Chronicles. This edition focuses on 101 archival documents from the Soviet criminal case brought against Major General Vasyl Kuk (“Lemish”), UPA Supreme Commander in 1950­54, as well as 27 of the most relevant transcripts of Soviet MGB interrogations of Vasyl Kuk’s family, friends, and comrades­at­arms, including his father ­ Stepan Kuk, his wife – Uliana Kriuchenko, sister­in­law – Maria Kuk, bodyguard – Oleksiy Osadtsa, and colleagues ­ Vasyl Halasa, Mykola Deneha and Oleksiy Demsky.
